The National Development Company’s key executives, headed by DTI Secretary Alfredo Pascual (with NDC General Manager Antonilo Mauricio and private sector representative Arsenio Bartolome III as members), recently held a special executive committee meeting last June 13, 2023.
The short but productive meeting discussed, among other key issues, the status of some key NDC projects. These include the biowaste-to-organic fertilizer project (NDC Board-approved last April, 2023) , which involves the establishment of a waste management facility that turns organic waste from fast food into organic fertilizer.
The Executive Committee also discussed the planned e-commerce platform that will allow Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to conduct Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Government (B2G), and Business-to-Citizen (B2C) transactions and will be rolled-out this 2023.
